Media Channels - Ability to restrict downloads

Thanks for the awesome Media channel feature, super happy to be able to test this.

One important piece of feedback, though. During the post creation process, there should be an option to enable/disable downloads, to prevent/hinder the leaking of early access or otherwise exclusive content. This is a huge must for exclusive supporter channels.
