Introduction to Promo Pages
WHAT IS A PROMO PAGE?
A Promo page gives you a new way to promote your Discord Server Subscription offering. A Promo Page is a web based page which allows you to more easily promote and share your Discord Server Subscription offering with audiences outside of Discord because they can view and access the page without being logged-in to Discord.
ENABLE YOUR PROMO PAGE
In order to make your Promo Page “live” you will need to enable Server Subscriptions toggle “Show Your Premium Offering” to On.
WHY CAN’T MY SERVER ENABLE A PROMO PAGE?
Promo pages are ONLY available if you qualify for Server Subscriptions and have a Server Subscription tier published.
Note: Both Server Subscriptions and Promo Pages are only available for US based servers.
Customizing Your Promo Page
You can add some basic customizations to your Promo Page. Your Promo page will use the same image assets as your Server Subscriptions page.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE IMAGES ON MY PROMO PAGE?
You can change the assets on your Promo Page by uploading new assets to your Server Subscriptions settings page. It's not possible to upload different assets to your Promo page than the assets you are using for your Server Subscriptions.
Note: It could take up to 5 minutes after you upload new images to your Server Subscriptions page for your Promo page to update.
HIDE YOUR SERVER SUBSCRIPTION COUNT
Server Subscription Count - if you do not want to show the number of Server Subscriptions you have on your Promo page you can turn the toggle “off” to hide it. By default the number of Server Subscriptions you have will be public.
ADD A TEASER TRAILER TO YOUR PROMO PAGE
Promo pages give you the ability to embed a YouTube video at the top of your page. To do this just paste the link to your YouTube video. The video will need to be public or unlisted.
